SERVICES PROVIDED

SolNi Luxe Escapes is an independent travel advisor providing custom luxury travel planning, recommendations, and booking services.

We act as an intermediary between you and third-party travel suppliers, including but not limited to:

• Hotels and resorts

• Airlines

• Tour operators

• Transportation providers

We do not own, control, or operate these suppliers.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

By working with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Review all booking details carefully before confirmation

• Ensure valid passports, visas, and travel documentation

• Comply with all destination entry requirements

You are responsible for understanding travel requirements, including health and safety regulations.

BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

A non-refundable planning fee is required prior to itinerary research and proposal development.

• All bookings are subject to availability and supplier terms

• Pricing is not guaranteed until confirmed and may change without notice

• Deposits and full payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise by the supplier

• Payment constitutes acceptance of the supplier’s terms and conditions

We are not responsible for pricing errors or changes made by suppliers.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

• Cancellation policies vary by supplier

• Refunds, if any, are issued according to supplier policies

• SolNi Luxe Escapes does not control refund timelines or decisions

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

TRAVEL INSURANCE (STRONGLY ADVISED)

We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment.

Travel insurance may cover:

• Trip cancellations or interruptions

• Medical emergencies

• Lost or delayed baggage

Failure to obtain travel insurance means you accept full financial responsibility for any losses.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

SolNi Luxe Escapes is not liable for:

• Acts, errors, or omissions of travel suppliers

• Travel delays, cancellations, or disruptions

• Injury, loss, accident, or damage during travel

• Weather, natural disasters, pandemics, or unforeseen events

All travel involves inherent risk. By booking, you assume full responsibility for your travel decisions.

FORCE MAJEURE

We are not responsible for failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters

• Government restrictions

• Strikes or labor disputes

• Acts of terrorism or pandemics

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, branding, and materials provided by SolNi Luxe Escapes are owned by the Company and may not be copied or distributed without permission.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
